At Nutriblitz Foods & Beverages Private Limited, we want you to enjoy every pack of Munch Veda, Nutri Bowl, Fizzy Flow and Bits Sips. Because our products are food and beverage items, we follow the policy below for hygiene and safety reasons.
1. Returns
Food and beverage products cannot be returned once delivered, except in the cases listed in Section 2.
2. When we offer a replacement or refund
We will replace the product or refund you if:
- The product was damaged or leaking when delivered.
- You received the wrong product.
- An item was missing from your order.
- The product was past its expiry date when delivered.
3. How to raise a request
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery by WhatsApp (+91 90217 56491) or email (info@nutriblitz.in).
- Share your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video showing the problem, including the product label and batch/expiry details.
- Please keep the product and packaging until the request is resolved.
Once we verify the issue, we will send a replacement or process a refund, whichever you prefer (subject to stock availability).
4. Refund timelines
- Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the amount.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI to an account you share with us.
5. Order cancellation
- You can cancel your order for free before it is shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- If we cannot fulfil your order (for example, if an item is out of stock), we will inform you and give you a full refund for that item.
6. Non-refundable cases
- A change of mind or taste preference after delivery.
- Packs that have been opened or partly used, unless the product was defective.
- Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery.
- Delivery failed because of a wrong address or because the customer was unavailable.
